From smaller jobs like gear cable changes and brake bleeds to full services and rebuilds, you’ll get top quality work informed by years of experience working as a mechanic on the downhill World Cup circuit. Andy is currently working on the EWS circuit with Trek Factory Racing.
It’s not just mountain bikes – Andy also works on road, gravel and cyclocross bikes.

WHAT WE DO
SERVICE AND REPAIR
At our professionally-outfitted workshop, we can carry out all aspects of bike service - both for mountain and road bikes. We do everything from fresh cables, brake bleeds and tubeless setups to suspension frame rebuilds and setup sessions.
WHEELBUILDING
For years, the most discerning riders have chosen hand-built wheels by an expert wheelbuilders. Andy's wheels have won World Cups and World Championships,
SUSPENSION SERVICE
Dee Valley Bicycle Workshop can undertake most suspension work - from a simple air can or lowers service to a full damper strip and rebuild. We work on both Fox and RockShox, as well as most other brands.
ABOUT ANDY
Dee Valley Bicycle Workshop is run by Andy Lund who has worked in the bicycle industry for the last 13 years.
Andy has worked for many years as a mechanic on the downhill circuit, including working as Rachel Atherton’s personal mechanic as she won both the World Cup and World Champs, Intense Racing UK and currently with Trek Factory Racing Enduro Team – and works from his Llangollen-based workshop when he’s not travelling with the team.
